Place Your Order
The manufacturing process starts when you place your door order.
After you’ve confirmed the details of your bifold door, the sales team sends your door and building information to our drafting and engineering department.
Design and Engineering
Our experienced drafting and engineering department designs your door to meet your building needs and specifications.
They consider your building type, local building codes, wind loads, and more when designing your door.
*When necessary, we also provide drawings before you order to ensure that the door will fit as needed.
Welding the Frame
Our CWB certified welders assemble your frame, ensuring that each weld is made with precision and that the frame is square.
Our approved welding techniques guarantee that your door frame will last a lifetime.
Assembly and Wiring
After your door is welded, we finish it with a quality urethane paint. The assembly department then installs the motor, driveline, electrical box, and other components to the frame.
Each electrical component is fully tested in-factory to ensure that it arrives ready for installation.
Delivery Right to Your Building Site
After we’ve finished testing your door, we deliver right to your building site. We include all the hardware necessary for installation to get your project up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you ordered insulation, trims, or cladding we will include that in your delivery as well.
