Trim Package
OVERVIEW
The Diamond Doors trim package includes three trim styles to provide a clean finished edge around the door frame and prevent moisture infiltration.
The J trim runs along both sides of the door frame and across the top. The center trim is placed at the top of the bottom section of the door and covers the top edge of the cladding. The drip flashing is placed at the bottom of the door to direct moisture away from the seal.
For insulated doors, an additional L trim covers the bottom edge of the top section of the door to seal off the insulation.
The trims are typically made from 26 gauge material, with exact dimensions determined by door size, and features such as insulation, that are included in the order. The trims are available in all the standard Diamond Doors colours, with custom colours available on request.
If you prefer to supply your own trims to match your building order, we are happy to provide a cutlist and trim profiles to your preferred trim supplier.
