Windows allow a clear view onto the yard and provide plenty of natural light, which is especially nice for dimly lit shops.
Diamond Doors offers a standard window size of 36” wide by 18” tall. These windows include a dual pane PVC frame and nailing fin for easy installation, with brick mold in black or white to accommodate the ¾ inch cladding profile.
Windows are generally placed at eye level to allow personnel to look outside, or higher in the door to allow more sunlight into the building. Spacing can be customized to suit the style and look of your building, and windows are available in tempered, mirrored, or tinted.

How many windows can I put in my door?
The number of windows is determined by the size of the door and the number of vertical members. Generally, a 30 foot wide door has 6 vertical door members, which would allow for five windows per row. A 40 foot wide door has seven members, allowing for six windows per row. And so on. However, windows can be added to both the top and bottom section of the door, and custom solutions may be possible.
