Built with quality and longevity in mind, you can trust that our doors will provide your customers with an exceptional bifold door experience. Diamond Doors confidently offers a comprehensive warranty on our bifold doors, including a two year manufacturing warranty on the door system, a ten year warranty on lift cables, and a lifetime warranty on hinge bushings.

WARRANTY OVERVIEW
Diamond Doors provides warranty for the door on the following conditions. Where there is a discrepancy in this overview and the official warranty page, the official warranty page will apply. Please refer to the official warranty page for a complete list of the conditions of the warranty.
- The door frame and system will be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years.
- The door will not warp, crack, or buckle under normal intended use as a door.
- This warranty is void if any modifications are made to the door system unless approved in writing by an authorized Diamond Doors agent.
- This warranty is void if the door is used for any other purpose than its intended use as a door.
- This warranty applies only to doors that have been properly installed.
- The warranty excludes damages to the door after delivery by Diamond Doors, problems due to misuse and failure to maintain the door as outlined in the owners manual, and problems due to improper power supply.

Installation Guide and Owner’s Manual
We’ve provided digital copies of our installation manuals for wood buildings, steel buildings, and our self supporting header system, along with our owner’s manual to guide your customers through maintenance of their bifold door. Download these files and keep them on hand for easy reference. While we do include an installation manual and owner’s manual with every door, you can still request additional copies to keep on hand by emailing us at marketing@diamonddoors.com.

Each Diamond door starts as a simple steel frame, manufactured with care by our certified welding team. We paint the frame with a high quality polyurethane paint, then carefully install the remaining door features and options, including an electric lift motor, industrial grade gearbox, and high quality cable lift system.
Door features include components that come standard on every door. Options can be added depending on the needs of the customer or building project.
